We keep the key processes in-house - our own aluminium melting furnace, annealing furnace and dynamic balancing machine - so every impeller goes from casting or welding to balancing and inspection on one line we control.

What to send for a quotation

Air volume (m³/h or m³/s), pressure (total or static, Pa), medium temperature and whether there is dust or corrosive gas, application, quantity and required date. For impeller-only supply also send impeller diameter, hub diameter, blade count, speed and your casing bore. If you cannot supply everything, call us and we will fill the gaps with you.

FAQ

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer in Tianjin with our own melting furnace, annealing furnace and balancing machine - cast aluminium impellers are poured on site. You are welcome to visit and see the equipment and samples.

Can you supply impellers only?

Yes. Many fan builders buy impellers from us. We supply the impeller and its performance curve measured on the bare impeller under standard inlet conditions; unit certification is arranged by the customer.

What is the usual lead time?

Standard models 15-30 days; large custom impellers 30-45 days. Final timing as per contract.
