SINDFAN (Tianjin Sind Technology Co., Ltd.) is a fan and impeller manufacturer based in Beichen District, Tianjin, China. Our range covers mining contra-rotating auxiliary fans, tunnel jet fans, fire smoke exhaust fans, industrial axial fans, centrifugal and mixed-flow fans, and custom impellers from Ø250mm to Ø3150mm.

We work with ventilation technology partners in Israel and the United States, applying proven European and American design practice to industrial plant cooling, dust and fume extraction, odour and mist removal, building smoke control and general ventilation. We supply complete systems as well as individual components.

What we make

  • Mining contra-rotating auxiliary fans - heading and district ventilation, twin motors direct on shaft
  • Tunnel jet fans - longitudinal ventilation and smoke control, unidirectional and reversible
  • Fire smoke exhaust fans - 250°C/1h and 300°C/2h duty with high-temperature motors and bearings
  • Industrial axial fans - SM series Ø250 to Ø1800mm, many casing and impeller variants
  • Large axial fans - Ø1600 to Ø3150mm for tunnels, mines and main industrial ventilation
  • Centrifugal and mixed-flow fans - high-resistance systems, process exhaust and dust collection
  • Custom impellers - built to drawing or sample, supplied separately with performance curves

Manufacturing capability

  • In-house aluminium melting furnace - cast aluminium impellers (A356 / LM6) poured in our own foundry, so material and batch are traceable
  • In-house annealing furnace - post-weld stress relief and casting heat treatment to reduce distortion and cracking
  • In-house dynamic balancing machine - every impeller balanced to ISO 1940-1 grade G6.3, or G4.0 for high-speed duty
  • Steel impellers are press-formed and welded on both sides, then jigged back to profile for consistent geometry
  • Blade materials: cast aluminium, steel, GRP, nylon 66 and anti-static GRN-ATI, covering -40°C to +400°C

Quality control

  • Every impeller is dynamically balanced before dispatch and the record is retained
  • Performance tested to AMCA 210-07 / ISO 5801; curves and test data available on request
  • X-ray inspection and material certificates available for castings when the project requires it
  • Incoming inspection of motors, bearings and guards on complete-fan builds
  • For mining, explosion-proof, marine or fire projects we supply to the certification requirement of the project region

Export and service

Our products are exported to Israel, Southeast Asia and other markets. We build to drawing or sample, supply complete fans, or supply impellers alone with performance curves (the customer arranges unit certification). Enquiry, selection, technical clarification and after-sales are handled by the same engineering team - no hand-offs.

FAQ

Can we visit your factory?

Yes, you are welcome. We are at Liu Zhaozhuang, Dazhangzhuang Town, Beichen District, Tianjin, China (beside the Jinwei highway). Please call or message ahead so we can arrange an engineer to walk you through the samples and production equipment.

Do you build to drawing or sample?

Yes. Send a drawing or a sample part and we handle measurement, selection and manufacture. Impeller-only supply is fine - we provide the performance curve.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One unit for standard models. For custom impellers it depends on tooling - send the product and quantity and we will confirm.
